The Amboy Corporate Center continues the redevelopment of the Chevron Asphalt Refinery surplus properties. The Park is a 70 acre parcel that has been the target of The City of Perth Amboy redevelopment drive. It complements and expands on the successful redevelopment of Chevron's 26 acres "West Yard" site.
The 70± acre Portfield Development, with 1,131,500 SF of new space is now under construction.
